• refried beans
• cooked ground beef - I like to use a 80/20% lean ground beef. Ground beef should be drained.
• cheddar cheese - I use a sharp cheddar but mild works too
• green chiles
• chili powder
• taco seasoning - store bought or homemade taco seasoning
• bag of tortilla chips or corn chips

Step 1 - Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning.

Step 2- Mix refried beans, salsa and spices. Layer onto ground beef mixture. Top with cheese.

Step 3- Add green onion and bake.
